The African E-Gov Forurm 2007

Involved and participating in The African E-Gov Forum 2007 to be held in Accra , Ghana from 27-29 March, is organised by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation and will be one of the key conferences in Africa this year to address the issues that e-governance stakeholders face.Timed to coincide with the celebrations of Ghana 's 50th anniversary of independence, the African E-Gov Forum 2007 will focus attention on the potential for technology to greatly improve the transparency and service delivery to the private sector and citizenry by ministries, departments and agencies (MDA's) of local and national government.

The event, which is hosted by Ghana 's Ministry of Communications, will attract top-level national, regional and international specialists from government, industry and the academic world.
